Easy White Chocolate Blondies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Blondies

01 - 1⁄2 cup (100g) white chocolate chips
02 - 2 cups (285g) plain flour
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 cup (225g) melted butter, left to cool
05 - 13⁄4 cups (340g) light brown sugar or demerara

# Instructions:

01 - Crank your oven up to 180°C (356°F) and get a 9-inch square pan ready with a sheet of baking paper.
02 - Toss eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix until they’re blended well.
03 - Slowly mix your melted and cooled butter into that sugar and egg blend.
04 - Work in the flour till the batter becomes thick and smooth throughout.
05 - Stir in those white chocolate chips so they’re scattered all over the batter.
06 - Scrape batter into your pan, smooth out the top, sprinkle some sea salt if you want, then bake about 25 minutes until golden with crackly edges.
07 - Let it cool down in the pan, lift it out, and slice into chunks once it’s totally cool.

# Notes:

01 - Try an 8-inch pan for bigger, taller bars that need more time in the oven
02 - If you stir the flour too much, your blondies could go tough
03 - Don’t stress about how thick the batter is—it makes them chewy
04 - Let them cool all the way for neat slices
