Crank your oven up to 180°C (356°F) and get a 9-inch square pan ready with a sheet of baking paper.

Toss eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix until they’re blended well.

Slowly mix your melted and cooled butter into that sugar and egg blend.

Work in the flour till the batter becomes thick and smooth throughout.

Stir in those white chocolate chips so they’re scattered all over the batter.

Scrape batter into your pan, smooth out the top, sprinkle some sea salt if you want, then bake about 25 minutes until golden with crackly edges.

Let it cool down in the pan, lift it out, and slice into chunks once it’s totally cool.
