Peach Lemonade Frozen Slush (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 710 ml cold water (about 2 cans)
02 - 340 g frozen lemonade concentrate (1 can)
03 - 3 peaches, chopped

→ Garnish

04 - Optional: handful of fresh mint leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Toss your lemonade concentrate, water, and peach chunks in the blender. Blitz on high till there aren't any lumps left and it's totally smooth.
02 - Dump the blended mix into a shallow 23x33 cm dish. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours or till it firms up nicely.
03 - Spoon the icy blend into your cups. Pop on some mint leaves if you want, then dig in right away.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze the slush for up to a week. Just give it a good stir before serving so it gets nice and fluffy again.
02 - Want to make it boozy? Pour in some bourbon, rum, or vodka right before the freezing step.
