Pumpkin Smoothie Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons of light or nonfat soy milk
02 - 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not the sugary pie kind)
03 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
04 - 1/16 teaspoon fresh ginger, ground
05 - 1/16 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
06 - 1 teaspoon Truvia sweetener
07 - 1 and 1/2 cups of ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the pumpkin, soy milk, Truvia, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger into your blender. Give it a few pulses to mix everything up.
02 - Throw in your ice cubes and blend until it’s totally smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap out the soy milk for almond, regular, whole, rice, or other types of milk you prefer.
