PB&J Swirl Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Bread

01 - Ripe bananas, mashed - 3
02 - Creamy peanut butter - ⅓ cup
03 - Sugar - ½ cup
04 - Butter, melted - ¼ cup
05 - Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
06 - Large egg - 1
07 - All-purpose flour - 1½ cups
08 - Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
09 - Salt - ¼ teaspoon

→ For the Jelly Swirl

10 - Jelly or jam (grape, strawberry, or your favorite) - ¼ cup

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
02 - Mash bananas in large bowl. Add peanut butter, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and egg, mixing well. Whisk dry ingredients separately, then gradually combine with wet ingredients.
03 - Pour half the batter into pan. Dollop teaspoons of jelly over batter and swirl with knife. Top with remaining batter and repeat swirling process.
04 - Bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.

# Notes:

01 - Use thicker jelly for best swirl patterns
02 - Cool completely before slicing
03 - Can use different jam flavors
