Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with the taco seasoning.

Cook the chicken breasts for approximately 3-5 minutes on each side to brown evenly.

Reduce the heat to low, mix the chicken broth and salsa, add it to the pan, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

Shred the cooked chicken using 2 forks, top with the freshly squeezed lime juice, and thoroughly combine.

Serve the shredded chicken over rice, salad, or in tortillas.
