# Ingredients:

01 - 2 small white onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick rounds
02 - 7 oz shredded parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 tbs olive oil
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Garlic powder, to taste
06 - Paprika, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large 12x17 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. The parchment is important to prevent sticking and helps the chips release easily once baked.
02 - Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese evenly across the parchment-lined baking sheet, creating a thin and even layer that will become crispy as it bakes.
03 - Place your onion ring slices on top of the cheese layer. Position them so they're not overlapping but are sitting right next to each other. This ensures they'll cook evenly and get crispy.
04 - Brush the tops of the onion rings lightly with olive oil. Then sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and paprika according to your taste preferences. The oil helps the seasonings stick and assists with browning.
