Lemon Roasted Potatoes Side (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 large white potatoes, cut into wedges
02 - 1 cup water
03 - ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
04 - ½ cup lemon juice
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 ½ tsp dried oregano
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 1 tsp pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F.
02 - Spread potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch pan.
03 - Add remaining ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour evenly over potatoes.
04 - Bake for 1 hour, turning once or twice during cooking. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For even cooking, ensure the potatoes are turned at least once during baking.
