# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - Salt and pepper to taste
05 - 4 large flour tortillas
06 - 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
07 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (halal if needed)
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
09 - Lemon wedges for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
02 - In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and set aside.
04 - Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, and Caesar dressing.
05 - Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
06 - Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
07 - Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the wraps.
