# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
02 - 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled
03 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 egg, beaten
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat and set aside.
02 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Place a spoonful of cooked sausage in the center of each crescent roll triangle. Top with a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Roll up the dough starting from the wide end of each triangle, forming a crescent shape. Pinch the edges to seal the filling inside.
