# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium head cauliflower or 4 cups riced cauliflower
02 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 large egg
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)
10 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the cauliflower into florets. Pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice (about 4 cups).
03 - Microwave the riced cauliflower in a large microwave-safe bowl for 5–6 minutes until soft. Let it cool.
04 - Transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible. You should remove at least 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water.
05 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
06 - Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and press into a thin, even circle about 1/4 inch thick.
07 - Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
08 - Remove from oven, add desired toppings, and return to the oven for 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
