Fresh Green Goddess (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ½ avocado
02 - ¼ cup olive oil
03 - ½ cup plain yogurt

→ Fresh Herbs

04 - 3 green onions, roots removed
05 - ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
06 - ¼ cup each: fresh parsley, fresh chives
07 - 1 cup packed spinach

→ Seasonings

08 - Black pepper, as much as you like
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 2 garlic cloves
11 - 1 tablespoon each: lime juice, red wine vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon it into something you can seal up tight.
02 - If it's too thick, splash in a little water. Toss in some pepper until it tastes just right.
03 - Put everything in your blender or food processor except pepper. Hit blend three or four times so it's all chopped up.
