1 cup ice

1/2 banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

8 ounces plain almond milk

1/4 cup creamy vanilla Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
# Instructions:

Toss all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it all up till it’s silky smooth.

Too thick? Add a splash of water or almond milk, then give it another quick blend.
