01 -
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to keep the taco sticks from sticking.
02 -
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Once it's no longer pink, drain off any extra grease. Add the taco seasoning packet and follow the directions on it (usually adding a bit of water). Stir everything together and set it aside.
03 -
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface so it doesn't stick. Cut it into 10 equal rectangles - these will be your taco stick wrappers.
04 -
Spoon some of the seasoned beef onto each rectangle of dough. Don't overfill or they'll be hard to seal. Place a half cheese stick on top of the beef. Then roll the dough around everything, pinching the edges firmly to seal in all that goodness. Place them seam-side down on your parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 -
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley in a small bowl. Brush this tasty mixture over each taco stick. This will give them a delicious flavor and help them get that perfect golden color.
06 -
Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Look for the dough to turn a nice golden brown color and make sure they're cooked all the way through.
07 -
Let the taco sticks cool just a bit before serving - that cheese inside is super hot! Serve them with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
