Berry Spinach Smoothie

# Ingredients:

2 cups of loosely packed baby spinach

1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons of skim milk

1 cup of mixed berries, unsweetened and frozen
# Instructions:

Put all your items into the blender. Blend until it’s completely smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides. Enjoy it right away.

To make it vegan, use non-dairy substitutes like almond, soy, coconut milk, or even water. Soy Slender Vanilla Soy Milk works well!

This drink can be easily made in larger portions if needed.
