Baked Oats Cake Idea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pinch of salt
02 - 2 ml vanilla extract
03 - 2 g baking powder
04 - 15 ml maple syrup or honey
05 - 60 ml milk (any kind you like)
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1/2 ripe banana
08 - 60 g rolled oats

→ Optional mix-ins

09 - Chopped nuts
10 - Fresh berries
11 - Chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Let your bake chill out for a couple minutes. Eat it warm for the best taste.
02 - Slide the dish into your preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out dry, you're good!
03 - Pour your blended batter into the greased dish. Toss in your favorite extras like nuts, berries, or chocolate chips. Mix them in or just sprinkle on top—whatever you want.
04 - Throw oats, banana, egg, milk, syrup, baking powder, vanilla, and salt in your blender. Give it a spin till you get a silky batter with no lumps.
05 - Set your oven to 175°C. Grease a small dish or ramekin so nothing sticks.
