01 - 1 medium zucchini, grated
02 - 1 medium apple, grated (core and seeds removed)
03 - 1 ½ cups oat flour
04 - ½ cup rolled oats
05 - 1 egg
06 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
07 - 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
08 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
09 - Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Wash and grate the zucchini and apple, then pat dry to remove excess moisture.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, grated apple, oat flour, rolled oats, egg, applesauce, ground flaxseed (if using), melted coconut oil, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well until evenly combined.
04 - Place the dough on a flat surface lightly dusted with oat flour. Roll out to about ½-inch thickness. Cut the dough into chew stick shapes or use cookie cutters for fun designs.
05 - Place the shaped chew sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. For a crunchier texture, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
06 - Allow the chew sticks to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
