Give the asparagus a good wash and pat them dry. Bend every stalk so the tough bottom snaps off at the natural spot.

Mix the sweet paprika, a handful of salt, Parmesan, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl until you get a thick blend.

Throw the asparagus into the cheesy mix and make sure every piece is coated well. Put them in the air fryer basket in a single row and pour over any mix you have left.

Set the air fryer to 360°F (180°C). Cook everything for about 12 minutes. They'll be just fork-tender and the cheese should look golden and crisp around the edges.
