Air Fryer Chicken Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 3 cups broccoli florets
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce or teriyaki sauce (optional)
10 - Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add soy or teriyaki sauce if desired. Set aside to marinate while preparing broccoli.
02 - Toss broccoli florets in a separate bowl with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of salt.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
04 - Place chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 8 minutes.
05 - Open the air fryer basket, shake or stir the chicken, then add the broccoli on top or around the sides.
06 - Cook for another 6–8 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C) and broccoli is tender with crispy edges.
07 - Serve hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds, green onions, or red pepper flakes if desired.
