Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans Pillsbury Country biscuits (10 pieces per can) or 1 can of Grands biscuits
02 - 1 cup roughly chopped apple pie filling
03 - ½ cup melted butter
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Open the biscuit cans and roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle with a rolling pin. If using Grands biscuits, split each biscuit into two layers.
02 - Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle. Pull the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll gently into a ball. Place the apple pie bombs in the air fryer basket, spaced about 1 inch apart. Cook in batches.
03 - Close the air fryer and set the temperature to 380°F. Bake until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
04 - While the first batch is baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
05 - Transfer the baked apple pie bombs to a cooling rack and repeat the baking process with the remaining bombs.
06 - Dip the warm bombs in melted butter to coat, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Return them to the cooling rack and continue with the remaining bombs.
