Open the biscuit cans and roll each biscuit into a 4-inch circle with a rolling pin. If using Grands biscuits, split each biscuit into two layers.

Place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each dough circle. Pull the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Roll gently into a ball. Place the apple pie bombs in the air fryer basket, spaced about 1 inch apart. Cook in batches.

Close the air fryer and set the temperature to 380°F. Bake until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.

While the first batch is baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.

Transfer the baked apple pie bombs to a cooling rack and repeat the baking process with the remaining bombs.

Dip the warm bombs in melted butter to coat, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Return them to the cooling rack and continue with the remaining bombs.
