→ For Serving

12 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Place the chicken breast in the freezer for 30-45 minutes until firm but not fully frozen.
02 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread butter on the interior surfaces of the hoagie rolls and sprinkle with garlic powder. Arrange on a baking sheet and set aside.
03 - Remove the chicken from the freezer, slice it as thinly as possible, then chop it into smaller pieces (about 1/4-inch to 1/2-inch). Toss the chicken with garlic powder and salt, ensuring even coating.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then add onions and jalapenos. Sauté for 7-8 minutes until softened and slightly translucent. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
05 - Place prepared hoagie rolls in the oven and bake for 5 minutes to achieve a slightly crisp texture.
06 - Heat the same skillet over high heat and add the chicken pieces. Cook for 5 minutes, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
07 - Reduce skillet heat to medium, add 1 tablespoon butter, and let it melt. Stir in the Frank's RedHot sauce until combined. Add Provolone cheese slices on top and let them melt for about 1-2 minutes.
08 - Transfer the cheesy chicken mixture onto the toasted hoagie rolls. Top with the cooked onions and jalapenos. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Partially freezing the chicken ensures thin slices for better cooking and flavor absorption.
02 - The butter on the bread prevents it from becoming soggy when the filling is added.
03 - Adjust spiciness by reducing hot sauce or omitting jalapenos.
