Zesty Avocado Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Peel and remove pits from 2 soft avocados
02 - Zest and juice 1 lime
03 - 1 garlic clove, peeled
04 - 2 tsp of red wine vinegar
05 - 1 serrano chili (use more for heat, or swap with jalapeño for milder heat)
06 - 1/4 tsp kosher salt, plus extra if needed
07 - ½ cup water, adding more if needed

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into your blender or food processor, and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Adjust salt to suit your taste.
02 - Pour the mixture into a jar or squeeze bottle. Serve right away or pop it in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - You’re aiming for something in between a pourable sauce and a creamy dip. If it’s too thick, add a little cold water or lime juice, one teaspoon at a time. It might firm up a bit after being in the fridge.
02 - To keep the sauce bright and green, press some plastic wrap straight onto the top or store it in an airtight squeeze bottle with minimal air inside.
