Chicken Waldorf Apple Grape (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - Half a lemon, squeezed for juice
02 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
03 - 120 ml mayonnaise

→ Salad

04 - Sprinkle of black pepper to taste
05 - Little salt, as needed
06 - 120 g walnuts, roughly chopped
07 - 15 ml fresh mint, finely chopped
08 - 300 g roast chicken, cold and cubed
09 - 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
10 - 320 g red grapes, cut in quarters
11 - 5 celery stalks, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Drizzle your dressing over everything in the bowl and gently toss till all pieces are coated. Taste then throw in some salt and pepper if you want.
02 - Grab a big bowl and toss in walnuts, mint, chopped chicken, apples, grapes, and celery.
03 - Mix up the mayo, Dijon, and lemon juice in a small bowl till creamy and smooth.
