Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Red Velvet Layer

01 - Everything needed for boxed red velvet cake
02 - 1 red velvet cake mix box

→ Cheesecake Center

03 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
04 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
05 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
07 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Once baked red velvet cake is totally cool, crush it up into tiny pieces.
02 - Let the coated balls sit in the fridge for about an hour so they firm up.
03 - Blend butter, cream cheese, and sugar till they're really light. Add the vanilla with the graham crumbs and stir together.
04 - Make little balls with the cheesecake mix, roll them nice and smooth, and cover them well with cake crumbs.
