Cook the hamburger in a skillet over medium heat until it's fully browned. Break it apart with a spoon or spatula as it cooks so it's nice and crumbly. Drain off any excess grease.

Cut the Velveeta into cubes (this helps it melt faster) and add it to the cooked hamburger in the skillet. Pour in the entire can of Rotel with its juice - no need to drain it.

Keep the heat on medium-low and stir frequently until the Velveeta is completely melted and everything is well combined. This should take about 5-10 minutes.

Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy while warm. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
