Easy three-ingredient cheese dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
02 - 10 ounce can Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
03 - 1 pound ground hamburger

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the hamburger in a skillet over medium heat until it's fully browned. Break it apart with a spoon or spatula as it cooks so it's nice and crumbly. Drain off any excess grease.
02 - Cut the Velveeta into cubes (this helps it melt faster) and add it to the cooked hamburger in the skillet. Pour in the entire can of Rotel with its juice - no need to drain it.
03 - Keep the heat on medium-low and stir frequently until the Velveeta is completely melted and everything is well combined. This should take about 5-10 minutes.
04 - Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy while warm. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - This classic Rotel dip (also known as queso) is a party favorite that comes together in just minutes with only three ingredients.
02 - You can keep this dip warm in a slow cooker on the low setting for serving at parties.
03 - The spice level comes from the Rotel - use mild, original, or hot depending on your heat preference.
