Stir icing stuff together, throw in food color if you like. Dress up your cookies and chill out 'til the icing dries.

Pop those cookies into the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges look a little golden. Let them sit on the tray for 5 minutes then move them to cool on a rack.

Flatten your dough on a floured counter to about a quarter-inch thick. Use your cutters to punch out shapes.

Dump the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Blend in the soft butter, plant milk, and vanilla. Stir it all up until it's doughy.

Take your butter out so it gets soft. Set your oven to 350°F (about 175°C). Lay down parchment on a baking sheet.
