Turkey Stuffing Balls Comfort (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups mashed potatoes
02 - 3 cups stuffing
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded turkey
04 - Gravy for serving
05 - Black pepper to taste
06 - Panko breadcrumbs (optional)
07 - Butter and oil for frying (if using panko method)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 - Warm up mashed potatoes and stuffing until easy to handle.
03 - Mix mashed potatoes, stuffing, and shredded turkey in a large mixing bowl. Add black pepper if desired.
04 - Form the mixture into firm balls, similar to shaping snowballs.
05 - Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
06 - Top the baked stuffing balls with hot gravy and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use equal parts potatoes and stuffing for the best consistency.
02 - For a crispier texture, coat the balls with panko and fry instead of baking.
03 - If the mixture is too soft to handle, chill it before forming into balls.
04 - This is a great way to use up holiday leftovers.
05 - Warm ingredients are easier to mix thoroughly.
