Strawberry Cake Mix Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - ⅓ cup cream cheese chips, chopped up a bit
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, let it soften
03 - 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix

→ Coating

04 - Sprinkles to throw on top if you want
05 - ½ cup Wilton bright pink candy melts (totally optional)
06 - ½ cup Wilton pink candy melts (also optional)
07 - 20 ounces Ghirardelli vanilla melting wafers

# Instructions:

01 - Roll those balls into melted vanilla wafers, toss on your sprinkles, and if you feel extra, zigzag some melted pink candy melts over the top.
02 - Scoop out about 1½ tablespoons of the mix, roll 'em into balls, let them hang out for 15 minutes so they don’t crack later.
03 - Blend the cooled strawberry cake mix and your softened cream cheese together until it’s super smooth, stir in those chopped cream cheese chips, then pop it in the fridge for two hours.
04 - Toss the dry cake mix onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for five minutes or till it hits 165°F. Let it cool off all the way.

# Notes:

01 - These are sweet little cake bites that are awesome for parties or Valentine’s, thanks to strawberry cake mix, some cream cheese, and a white chocolate shell.
