Brown Sugar Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups milk
02 - 4 tablespoons chia seeds
03 - 2 cups rolled oats
04 - 1 pinch salt
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
07 - 1 cup mashed banana (from 2 ripe bananas)
08 - ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or more

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and toss in the bananas, oats, chia seeds, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the milk and stir it all up.
02 - Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid. Pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or better yet, leave it there overnight.
03 - When you're ready to eat, just add any toppings you like and dig in.

# Notes:

01 - Dark, light, or regular brown sugar all work fine. Dark brown sugar was used here.
