04 - 95 grams all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
07 - 60 millilitres whole milk
08 - 75 grams finely chopped strawberries

→ Cheesecake Filling

09 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
10 - 60 grams powdered sugar
11 - 240 millilitres heavy whipping cream
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Strawberry Shortcake Crumble

13 - 100 grams golden Oreos, crushed
14 - 18 grams strawberry gelatin powder
15 - 28 grams unsalted butter, melted

→ Topping

16 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
17 - Whipped cream
18 - Strawberry sauce, for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 23x33 cm baking sheet with parchment. Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, then incorporate vanilla extract. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, folding gently. Add milk and fold in chopped strawberries until just combined.
02 - Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until sponge is just set and golden. While still warm, roll the cake with parchment into a log shape. Let cool completely.
03 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
04 - Carefully unroll the cooled cake. Spread an even layer of cheesecake filling over the surface. Gently re-roll the sponge into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
05 - Combine crushed golden Oreos, strawberry gelatin powder, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until small clusters form.
06 - Unwrap the chilled roll and coat with extra cheesecake filling if desired. Sprinkle generously with strawberry shortcake crumble. Top with dollops of whipped cream, sliced strawberries, and a drizzle of strawberry sauce. Slice with a sharp knife and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling the roll before slicing ensures clean, neat portions.
02 - Use a damp towel when rolling the cake to prevent cracks.
03 - For variation, substitute strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, or peaches.
