Sweet Spicy Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wings

01 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1 teaspoon each: salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder
03 - 2 pounds chicken wings, cut into drumettes and flats

→ Sweet and Spicy Glaze

04 - ¼ cup each: brown sugar, honey, hot sauce
05 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (add if you like extra heat)
06 - 1 tablespoon each: apple cider vinegar, soy sauce

→ Optional Garnishes

07 - Chopped fresh cilantro
08 - Sesame seeds
09 - Green onions, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Once wings are glazed, toss them so they're all coated. Throw on your favorite toppings if you want.
02 - Add all the glaze stuff to a little saucepan, simmer around 3-5 minutes till it's thick and starts to bubble.
03 - Pop the wings in the oven at 400°F for 40-45 minutes using a wire rack, or fry them up at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes till they're nice and crispy.
04 - Dry the wings off with paper towels, then mix 'em with the seasonings so every piece gets some love.
