Crispy Spicy Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - Salt and pepper as needed
02 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (if you want a kick)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - A pound of skinless salmon fillets

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
09 - 1 teaspoon honey
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha
11 - 2 tablespoons Thai style sweet chili sauce
12 - 1/4 cup mayo

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the sauce all over your cooked salmon cubes or give them a gentle toss so they’re evenly covered. You want to eat them while they’re still nice and warm.
02 - Grab a small bowl and mix together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and that little squeeze of lime. Stir it up so it’s totally smooth.
03 - Get a big pan hot on medium-high heat. Toss those coated salmon bites in and sear each side for a couple minutes till the outsides get a crispy golden touch and they’re just cooked through.
04 - Slice up your salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about an inch each. Throw them into a bowl with olive oil, all the spices, and give it all a good mix so every chunk is covered.

# Notes:

01 - Try baking the salmon at 400°F for about 10 minutes or use an air fryer at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes
02 - Make the sauce ahead—just stash it in the fridge for up to three days
03 - More or less heat? Play around with the amount of sriracha or cayenne
