Spicy Guacamole Authentic Flavor (Print Version)

01 - 3 large avocados
02 - 3 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
03 - 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
04 - 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
06 - 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped (or jalapenos for milder flavor)
07 - 2 cloves garlic, pressed
08 - 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
09 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
10 - 1/2 tsp ground cumin

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds, and scrape out the flesh into a flat-bottomed bowl. Smash with a potato masher or a fork.
02 - Squeeze the lime juice directly over the mashed avocados to preserve freshness and enhance flavor.
03 - Finely chop the white onion and add it to the bowl with the avocados.
04 - Remove the seeds from the serrano peppers (or jalapenos for milder heat), finely dice, and add to the bowl.
05 - Cut the tomato in half parallel to the top, remove seeds, dice it finely, and add to the bowl.
06 - Press the garlic cloves and finely chop the cilantro. Add both to the bowl.
07 - Add ground cumin, freshly ground black pepper, sea salt, and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.

01 - To make ahead, place plastic wrap directly onto the guacamole, push out any air, and refrigerate to maintain freshness.
