# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - ½ bunch of chopped cilantro (about ½ cup)
02 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced (around ¼ cup)
03 - ½ large minced jalapeno (roughly ¼ cup)
04 - 3 fresh corn ears (yields about 2 cups)
05 - 8 cups of shredded green or Napa cabbage

→ Dressing Ingredients

06 - 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
07 - ½ teaspoon of salt that isn’t coarse
08 - 2 tablespoons of Dijon-style mustard
09 - ¾ cup of mayonnaise
10 - 1 teaspoon of celery seeds
11 - 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cabbage, corn, cilantro, green onions, and jalapeno together in a big bowl.
02 - Mix the mayo, lime juice, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, and salt in a small bowl or measuring jug until smooth and creamy.
03 - Drizzle your dressing over the veggie mix and stir it all up so it’s evenly coated. Serve right away.
