Easy Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Corn tortillas - 10 small, cut into 1-inch squares
02 - Boneless skinless chicken breasts - 2, cooked and chopped
03 - Shredded cheddar cheese - 2 cups

→ Canned Ingredients

04 - Black olives - 398ml can, drained
05 - ROTEL - 284ml can
06 - Cream of chicken soup - 284ml can
07 - Green chilies - 127ml can

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
02 - Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
03 - Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan.
04 - Bake 45 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Garnish with cilantro if desired and serve hot.
