Easy Sausage and Cabbage Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Vegetables

01 - Mild Italian sausage - 1 pound, casings removed
02 - Yellow onion, chopped - 1
03 - Garlic cloves, minced - 2
04 - Cabbage, chopped - 7 cups

→ Base & Seasonings

05 - Diced tomatoes - 3 (28oz) cans plus 1 can water
06 - Dried basil - 2 teaspoons
07 - Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
08 - Rosemary - ¼ teaspoon
09 - Bay leaf - 1
10 - Salt - ½ teaspoon
11 - Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
12 - Brown sugar - 2 teaspoons

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil.
02 - Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour.
03 - Remove bay leaf before serving.
