01 - Medium cauliflower, cut into small florets or ½-inch steaks
02 - Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
03 - Unsalted butter, melted - 2 tablespoons

→ Seasonings

04 - Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
05 - Salt - ½ teaspoon, or to taste
06 - Ground paprika - ¼ teaspoon
07 - Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon, or to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice cauliflower into ½-inch thick steaks, then break into even, bite-sized pieces.
03 - Place cauliflower on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and butter, then sprinkle with combined seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.
04 - Spread cauliflower in a single layer and roast at 425°F for 15-20 minutes until desired crispiness is reached.
