# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - In cold mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
02 - Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Warm slightly if needed to ease mixing.
03 - Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture in three batches, maintaining airy texture.
04 - Either pour mousse directly into glasses or create layers with chopped peanuts for added crunch.
05 - Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours until set.
