In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, grapefruit, and mandarin oranges with their juices. Add the mashed banana and mix well until combined.

Pour the fruit mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container up to the max fill line. If you have extra mixture, freeze it separately in another container or baking pan.

Place the container in your freezer on a flat surface and freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.

Remove the frozen pint from the freezer, place it in the outer bowl of your Ninja Creami machine, and select the 'Sorbet' function. Process until smooth and creamy.

If desired, make a small well in the center of the sorbet, add maraschino cherries or other mix-ins, and reprocess using the 'Mix-In' function.
