Mozzarella Meatloaf Stuffed (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs of ground beef, 80/20 fat ratio
02 - 1 cup of plain breadcrumbs
03 - Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - One large egg
05 - 1/4 cup milk
06 - One small onion, diced finely
07 - Two garlic cloves, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
09 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - Salt and black pepper as needed
11 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 - Half a cup of ketchup
13 - Finely chopped parsley for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a big bowl, toss together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, along with salt and pepper. Make sure to mix it all thoroughly.
03 - Set a large sheet of plastic wrap or parchment on your counter. Flatten the meat mixture into an even rectangle, keeping it about an inch thick.
04 - Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella across the rectangle, but leave about half an inch around the edges empty.
05 - Carefully roll the meat rectangle into a log shape, using the parchment as a guide to keep it tight. Pinch the seams to close them, then place the roll seam-down into a baking dish.
06 - Coat the top of the meatloaf with ketchup, spreading it evenly to create a shiny glaze.
07 - Place the dish into your 350°F oven and bake for about an hour, or until the inside temp reads 160°F (70°C).
08 - Once it's out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes to hold in the juices. Sprinkle parsley over the top, slice it up, and enjoy while it's still warm.

# Notes:

01 - Want more heat? Mix in some red chili flakes.
02 - Leftover slices work great in sandwiches or reheat for another meal.
