Cheesy Mozzarella Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup parmesan, grated
02 - 2 cups melty mozzarella, shredded
03 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
04 - 2 cups jarred or homemade marinara sauce

→ Seasonings

05 - A dash of salt and pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle your chicken with garlic powder, a good punch of salt, and some pepper. Fire up your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it gets hot.
02 - Warm up olive oil over medium heat in a big skillet. Brown the chicken pieces for a few minutes on each side till they’re nicely golden.
03 - Pour about a cup of marinara right into your 9x13-inch dish. Settle the chicken on top, then spoon the rest of your sauce over everything.
04 - Scatter all your mozzarella and parmesan on top and make sure every piece is covered.
05 - Slide the dish into your oven and let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Once the cheese is bubbling and chicken hits 165°F inside, you’re good. If you want a crunchy cheese top, broil just a few minutes more.
