# Ingredients:

→ Meat Mixture

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 60 g pepperoni, diced
03 - 60 g cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - 60 g sausage, sliced

→ Vegetables & Seasonings

05 - 35 g bell pepper, diced
06 - 35 g red onion, diced
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Toppings & Assembly

10 - 120 ml pizza sauce
11 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 35 g black olives, sliced
13 - 8 flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain excess fat for a leaner mixture.
02 - Add diced pepperoni, crumbled bacon, sliced sausage, diced bell pepper, diced red onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to blend flavors.
03 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Place tortillas directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet and warm for 2–3 minutes until pliable.
04 - Remove warmed tortillas and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly across each one.
05 - Spoon the prepared meat mixture onto the tortillas. Top each with shredded mozzarella and a scatter of sliced black olives.
06 - Place assembled tacos back in the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
07 - Let tacos rest for 1 minute before serving to allow flavors to meld and for easier handling.
