Spicy Shrimp Mango Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
02 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 pound jumbo shrimp, shells off and veins removed

→ Mango Salsa

05 - Salt and pepper as you like
06 - Juice from 1 lime
07 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped up
08 - ¼ cup red onion, chopped small
09 - 1 big ripe mango, chopped up

→ Assembly

10 - Optional: avocado slices, queso fresco, sour cream
11 - 8 flour or corn tortillas, soft

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your tortillas, stuff them with shrimp and mango salsa, toss on whatever toppings you want, then dig in.
02 - Drop shrimp into a super hot pan, cook 2 or 3 minutes on each side till you see some charring and they turn pink.
03 - Blend the shrimp with all the oil, taco spices, and cayenne. Let them chill in the fridge for about 15 to 30 minutes.
04 - Toss mango chunks, onion, cilantro, and lime juice together. Hit it with salt and pepper. Pop it in the fridge.
