Easy weeknight taquito bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 22.5 ounces box frozen beef & cheese taquitos
02 - 10 ounces can of enchilada sauce
03 - 4 ounces can of mild diced green chilis
04 - 8 ounces block of Colby jack cheese, shredded
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Grab a 9x13 glass baking dish and give it a quick spray with cooking spray.
02 - Arrange the frozen beef & cheese taquitos in a single layer covering the bottom of your baking dish.
03 - Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over all the taquitos, making sure they're well coated. Scatter the diced green chilis over the top.
04 - Sprinkle the shredded Colby jack cheese over everything and pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling around the edges.
05 - Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes after coming out of the oven. Sprinkle with the chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.
