01 -
Grab a big skillet and cook the minced beef along with the onion and garlic until it’s browned. Toss in paprika, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir, take off the heat, and let it cool down for a minute.
02 -
Take a mixing bowl and stir together the cream cheese and half of the cheddar. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper to finish it off.
03 -
Start with a tortilla on a big plate. Spread a layer of meat mix on it, follow with a dollop of cheese mixture, and smooth it out.
04 -
Keep alternating the tortilla, meat mix, and cheese layers. Finish the stack with a plain tortilla as your top layer.
05 -
Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar over the top layer. Put it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes till the cheese melts and turns golden.
06 -
Pull it out of the oven, toss on the fresh lettuce, cucumbers, and tomato slices. Cut into wedges and dish up with some ketchup and mustard on the side.
