Layered Cheeseburger Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500 g minced beef
02 - 1 garlic bulb, diced
03 - 1 chopped onion
04 - 200 g creamy cheese
05 - 200 g shredded cheddar
06 - 4 big tortillas
07 - 1 tsp sweet paprika
08 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tsp yellow mustard
10 - Salt and ground pepper to taste
11 - 100 g lettuce, thinly sliced
12 - 1 cucumber, chopped into rounds
13 - 2 tomatoes, cut into circles
14 - Mustard and ketchup to serve

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big skillet and cook the minced beef along with the onion and garlic until it’s browned. Toss in paprika, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir, take off the heat, and let it cool down for a minute.
02 - Take a mixing bowl and stir together the cream cheese and half of the cheddar. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper to finish it off.
03 - Start with a tortilla on a big plate. Spread a layer of meat mix on it, follow with a dollop of cheese mixture, and smooth it out.
04 - Keep alternating the tortilla, meat mix, and cheese layers. Finish the stack with a plain tortilla as your top layer.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar over the top layer. Put it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes till the cheese melts and turns golden.
06 - Pull it out of the oven, toss on the fresh lettuce, cucumbers, and tomato slices. Cut into wedges and dish up with some ketchup and mustard on the side.
