Keto Cheesesteak Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 1 cup almond flour
03 - 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Filling

04 - 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
05 - 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
06 - 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
07 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper over a baking sheet.
02 - Mix almond flour with shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add the eggs and stir until it turns into dough.
03 - Warm up olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef, onion, and bell peppers, and cook until the meat is browned and veggies soften.
04 - Cut the dough into sections. Flatten each piece, stuff the filling inside, and wrap it up into rolls.
05 - Lay rolls on the baking sheet. Brush butter on them if you’d like. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
06 - Allow rolls to cool just a little before you enjoy them warm.
