Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and put parchment paper over a baking sheet.

Mix almond flour with shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add the eggs and stir until it turns into dough.

Warm up olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef, onion, and bell peppers, and cook until the meat is browned and veggies soften.

Cut the dough into sections. Flatten each piece, stuff the filling inside, and wrap it up into rolls.

Lay rolls on the baking sheet. Brush butter on them if you’d like. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
