Set your oven to heat up to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, crab, green onions, mayo, garlic powder, salt, and half of the shredded cheese until smooth.

Scoop the mixture into a small 6-inch cast-iron pan or 1-quart dish. Sprinkle the second half of shredded cheese on top.
