Grab the kielbasa and chop it into small, easy-to-eat pieces.

Stir together honey, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce in a bowl until it's all mixed evenly.

Add the sausage pieces to the slow cooker, then pour the mixed sauce on top. Make sure every piece gets covered.

Keep the slow cooker on low heat with the lid on for about 4 hours. Give it a stir now and then.
