Easy Honey Garlic Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
02 - Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
03 - Garlic cloves, peeled and minced - 2
04 - Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
05 - Honey - 3 tablespoons

→ Main Ingredient

06 - Boneless salmon fillets - 4

→ For Serving

07 - Scallions, sliced into thin strips
08 - Red chilies, finely chopped (optional)
09 - Boiled rice
10 - Vegetables or salad of choice

# Instructions:

01 - Combine marinade ingredients. Place salmon in bag or bowl, pour half the marinade over it. Cover and marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours (refrigerate if over 30 minutes).
02 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Place salmon on parchment-lined baking tray. Bake 8 minutes, brush with remaining marinade, then bake 7-8 minutes more until tender.
03 - Top with sliced scallions and optional chilies. Serve with rice and vegetables.

# Notes:

01 - Can marinate for up to 2 hours for stronger flavor
02 - Refrigerate if marinating longer than 30 minutes
