01 - Ground beef
02 - Frozen hashbrowns
03 - Onion
04 - Garlic
05 - Cheddar cheese
06 - Cream of mushroom soup
07 - Sour cream
08 - Salt
09 - Pepper
10 - Butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Brown the ground beef with chopped onions and garlic in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
03 - In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
04 - Spread half of the hashbrown mixture in a greased baking dish.
05 - Layer the cooked ground beef over the hashbrowns.
06 - Top with the remaining hashbrown mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
07 - Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
08 - Let it cool slightly before serving.

01 - You can substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken for a lighter flavor. Add veggies like peas or corn for added texture and nutrition.
