Quick Ginger Soy-Glazed Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ Marinade

01 - Soy sauce - ΒΌ cup
02 - Honey - 1 tablespoon
03 - Fresh ginger, grated - 2 tablespoons
04 - Garlic cloves, minced - 2
05 - Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
06 - Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

β†’ For the Fish

07 - Cod fillets - four 6-ounce pieces
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

β†’ Garnish

10 - Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
11 - Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a medium bowl.
02 - Season cod fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in large pan over medium heat. Sear cod 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
04 - Pour marinade over fish. Simmer on low 3-4 minutes, spooning sauce over fish occasionally.
05 - Plate cod and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
